Vault of CHICKENS!
Here's an image of a recent piece I did as a thank-you to my wife's Aunt and Uncle for putting us up in their home during a recent visit to upstate N.Y.
They both have much in common with us, being childfree and liking their own toys and space.
Uncle has the greatest electric model train environment I've ever seen - it's a combination of Train modeler's OCD, tremendous creativity, and fantastic craftsmanship. They also have a great little spread where they raise chickens.
Hence,

Actual size: 14x17" smooth bristol, image size about 11x16".
This was a ton of fun to do, and I really like how the very inorganic EC-style trade dress came out, even though I did it by hand (typically mega-organic).
They both 'got it' and loved the piece! Yay!
More to come later, so I don't overflow 3 or 4 friends pages...
